That is Danny dressed as a giant Mexican wrestling bumble bee, "El Killer Bee-O", alongside Carmine Giovinazzo, the lobster outfit, and Larry Hankin in this short lived UPN comedy series.

In this Shasta McNasty episode, titled "Leo is a Pain in My Ass", Danny plays Carlos, a wrestling champion, who saves Scott, Carmine Giovinazzo, from getting his ass kicked by Roland Kickinger. Danny then recruits Scott to wrestle him in the ring as El Lobster.
