In the season 4 episode titled "11:00AM-12:00PM", Danny plays Bad Boy Dan, a guy who harrasses one of Jack Bauer's, Kiefer Sutherland, lead suspects in a terrorist case. The cops show up and proceeds to arrest him and his crew. Danny grew the goatee because it was thought that he looked too young clean shaven.
